Membership

We accept applications for the following membership positions: 

​

  • Colorado licensed physician with board certification in emergency medicine

  • Colorado licensed registered nurse with emergency pediatric experience and experience as a trauma nurse coordinator

  • Colorado certified paramedic with experience and interest in pediatric care

  • Colorado licensed registered nurse with experience as a pediatric nurse

  • EMS educator from a Colorado recognized EMS education center with experience and interest in pediatric care

  • Two members at large

Interested persons may apply for one of the above membership positions at any time. Applications will remain active for up to one year. Approximately 1/3 of the council terms expire every year in July. The chair appoints the above members; all other members are either appointed by SEMTAC, SEMTAC committees, or are designated by the EMSC Colorado grant.
